Poor battery lifecycle

Apple watch series 6 GPS has done only 438 cycles and the battery health percentage has come down to 73%.

Apple support page says that the battery is designed to retain 80% of battery health after 1000 cycles.

So either the test/design is faulty or i have got a poor quality battery in my watch.Over and above apple doesn’t replace battery at all they ask you to buy a new watch.

Finally apple has become a Chinese company in their business and poor product quality.
