I pay $9.99 2TB. My storage depends on my iPhone. I lost all my pictures and videos.

I have been paying $9.99 for 2TB storage that is a huge amount of empty space.

On my phone I keep getting the message "iPhone storage is full".

I contacted apple live chat support and chat with several apple specialist and they assured me that my pictures and video would be safe on my iCloud.com, that is why there is the Cloud in the first place to keep what I cannot keep on my phone because I need to free space on my device in order to create content for my social media.

The last apple live chat support specialist told me to go to Photos and go to album and to scroll down to the "recently deleted" and delete everything in there in order to free space on my iPhone. So I did that and days later I went to my iCloud.com to see that ALL my family pictures were GONE!

I asked Apple specialists if my data were safe on the Cloud regardless I was deleting videos and photos from my iPhone and they all said that the iCloud is there to storage my data.

Why am I paying $9.99 2TB if I depend on my iPhone storage?

I lost years of priceless memories because I needed to make space on my iPhone when Apple sold me 2TB of empty storage I'll never be able to use. I was forced to delete my videos and pictures from my phone because "iPhone storage is full" kept showing on my device and could not work if I didn't delete from "recently deleted".

I did the downgrade and I have to pay $2.99 until I don't empty my iCloud.com to have 5MG FREE storage?

Apple specialist are not aware of the simple truth that regardless of the storage you are paying for you'll never be able to use it and you have to deleted data from your device to free space on your iPhone=iCloud.
