Apple Watch Calorie tracking
I go to the same workout daily. When I start a HIIT activity on my Apple Watch, it will say I burn 200-300 calories. If I forget to tell the watch I’m working out, it says I burned 60 calories, (over the same amount of time and intensity). My heart rate app is tracking and all my fitness settings are on. Makes me feel like the calorie tracking is inaccurate? Any solutions?
