When try to save file from Google drive , the Save button on FILE always disabled

On Google drive , select more and then download, it should me to save on my IPhone but the save button always disabled . This cause me couldn’t save the file

Saving to Google drive Apple iPad Air (4th generation) having issues saving to Google drive. I never had these problems in the past. When you click on Google drive to save, it just stays blank. Will not access the drive at all.
