Why Apple Pay isn't reflecting my credit balance ?

I put $25.00 on Apple Pay , it shows I have $25.00 in my account but when I try to pay, it says I have no money

Be very careful Apple Pay is a payment method. You cannot add money to it.


Apple Cash does allow funds to be added to it, and you may use Apple Pay to disburse those funds.

Add money to Apple Cash - Apple Support


But more likely, you added the funds to your Apple account, which has nothing to do with Wallet or Apple Pay. You may purchase Apple products and services using your Apple account funds.
