How can I disable the Voice Over feature on my new iPhone 15 Pro Max?

when texting in Messages app, a voice is repeating each letter I type. The same is happening when I type in my webbrowser. Has anyone else experienced this? I have been all through settings and cannot find the location on how to disable this irritating voice

You have typing feedback enabled. See this --> Use Typing Feedback on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
