And that needs a fair amount of often-pricy cellular data.

Otherwise, find a Wi-Fi network, or find a computer.

You can ask, but you will not be able to do this.....if you are asking about using the iPhone 6 listed in your profile.

To update using mobile data.....you need the following:

1) A phone capable of 5G performance. The iPhone 6 is not.

2) A 5G connection from your carrier

This is not correct. You would need an iPhone capable of 5G performance......and the iPhone 6 is not.
