How do I fix Apple Cash set up?!
having a hard time setting up Apple Pay on new phone it keeps saying two facto authentication not on but it is on so I don't know how to fix it pls help

Turn off 2FA, forced restart you iPhone then turn on 2FA.

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
Please follow instructions for forced restart, it more than turning iPhone off and on.
