Apple cash
I payed for a service through apple cash and once the payment was completed, I was blocked. I payed a pretty penny as well. Is there anything that can be done on my end other then trying to request it back?

Unfortunately, no, there is little you can do except report it to an Apple Cash Specialist. Apple Cash is like using cash, so effectively you gave cash to someone you don’t know. Debit cards offer little if any protection against fraud. Credit cards are far safer and offer protection against fraud in many cases.
