Can I get a credit or money for my old broken laptop from Apple Store in Canada?

You'll have to ask Apple that question, but I suspect that if the laptop is both "old" and "broken", the answer will be that it will not be worth anything.
Apple might, however, offer to recycle the laptop for free for you.
