Annoying labels on iPhone 15 pro max screen

I have an iPhone 15 pro max and I have these very annoying labels appear on every on on screen button.

Voice Control is listening for your commands. Disable this and check.

Settings > Accessibility > Voice Control > Overlay > [Chosse None]

iPhone Alarm Label Feature I recently did an update on my iPhone 12 Mini. All seemed to be fine until I noticed something weird regarding the alarm label feature. It now seems like the label message prints from the right side instead of the left. This is strange, and makes it difficult to type a message. Has anyone else had this problem? And does anyone have a solution? I would like to revert to the old way if possible… Thanks!

How to turn off labels / description buttons I have not seen this before on any iOS device. The iPad showing this issue has iOS 16.1.1 Installed. How do I turn off these extra “help bubbles”? I thought this was a setting in the Accessibility section but nothing will turn these off. Every screen and web page displays these “help bubbles” and really makes it difficult to do anything on the iPad. I have looked through all the settings and tried soft and hard reboots, so far nothing seems to work. Please see examples below. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
