how do I get my MacBook pro camera to work?

Anytime I tried using it. The response I get is there is no connected camera

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 12.6

camera hardware―

System Info is the camera hardware recognized(?) if not you have a hardware failure.

Make an appointment for a "hardware issue"
