My screen touchscreen didn’t work so I did the restart volume up and volume down and the side but it didn’t work I tried other method like restart change USB-C or charger and remove debris with not case but it still didn’t work Apple can you explain how I can fix it?

When I downloaded the new iOS update it goes very well but for some minutes or second the touchscreen stopped working
