Express VPN on iPad Pro unresponsive
I have been using Express VPN happily for 6 years. All of a sudden my IpadPro has disconnected and does not respond to any links they send me to resolve my signing in issue. It either says wrong email or password and if I click on subscription it says one doesn’t exist. It does exist I paid it about 3 weeks ago. But it’s working happily on my husbands mini iPad, it’s working on my old iPad Air. It’s working on my Samsung A32 and on my Samsung Smart TV. I don’t dare sign out of any of the connected equipment because I tried it with my husbands phone and I got the same error message. As his phone is a Samsung A32 and I get the same message as I do on my IPad Pro it would seem it’s an express VPN issue not just my iPad. But my main concern is why don’t I get any little spinning icon to say it’s at least trying to connect? I get nothing at all then it says express vpn has taken too long to respond. Is there something in my iPad settings that needs tweaking? I have been trying to sort this for the last 5 days and I am now becoming obsessed until I sort it. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
