Filling out forms on ipad

I recently received an email from my physician requesting that I fill out an attached questionnaire. Upon opening up the document on my i-pad the form only filled up the right side of the screen. I was able to move it around but it would not get any larger. How do In get the document to fill up the entire screen?

After a half hour of trying to modify a medical form, I printed it out and with a Bic pen (invented in 1950) spent 59 seconds to complete said form. Fortunately, Apple has (finally) fixed its Music app in this upgrade. There newer software seems non-intuitive, with no obvious way of finding a solution, and has more bugs than ever before. Not impressed.

iPad scanning putting lines under addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses I was trying to scan a copy of a cover letter and resume to email to a prospective employer. The scanned copy had black lines under addresses and phone numbers which did not look very professional. The lines are not there when I first scan, but they show up when I save the document. I assume it has something to do with apple intelligence adding hyperlinks but I can’t find a way to turn it off or remove. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!
