Shutter sound for Japanese iPhones on iOS 17?

I bought a 15 PM outside japan. The phone itself is Japanese variant. I cannot turn off the shutter sound on my phone. Mind you I have another phone that is SE2020 that is also Japanese Variant and that phone does have a sim and shutter sound is off on silent mode. So for my 15 PM i need to have sim insert that is outside of japan in order to make the shutter sound go away?

if i buy iphone in korea how can i disable the camera shutter sound I am planning to go to korea and purchase an iphone there since it’s cheaper. Can i disable the camera sound?

Shutter Sound of Japanese iPads Hello, I am a foreigner currently living in Japan. I will be going back to my home country in a few months. Before going back I was planning to purchase an iPad however I was wondering if the shutter sound can be turned off when using it in other countries? Thanks in advance.
