A2111 is a model with SIM and eSIM, and was sold in Canada and United States.
if you have no EID shown (Settings > General > About) after a forced restart, contact Apple Support.
If an EID is shown and you can’t get eSIM working after a forced restart, contact your carrier .

Is your iPhone 11 a dual-SIM model intended for sale in China mainland, Hong Kong, or Macao?
See Settings > General > About > and tap on the Model Number M-number shown to see the A-number.
If the A-number model shown is A2223, there is no eSIM.

This is a dual SIM model.
No eSIM.
A2223 never had eSIM hardware.
There is nothing to get back, nothing to add, replace, enable, or upgrade.
A2223 is SIM only.

No it’s not a dual sim I have been using the eSIM for some time but just disappeared from my settings
Is there any other way I can get it back
