The bank will detect you’re applying overseas and reject the application. If you use a VPN to fool the bank into thinking you’re applying in the US, that’s not a good way to start a relationship with a bank, by committing an act of fraud. You may also have issues paying monthly statements in USD and you’ll be charged about 3% by Mastercard for the foreign exchange. The Apple Card Monthly Installment pans are not available outside the US and neither is Apple Cash, Apple Savings or Apple Pay Later.
