I got the new Iphone 15 pro and my iphone se will not pair. noting is coming up on my phone

You cannot pair one iPhone to another iPhone.
You can pair an Apple Watch to a single iPhone a time. If the Apple Watch is paired to the iPhone 15, you would need to unpair it from the iPhone 15, to then pair it with the iPhone SE.
What exactly are you trying to accomplish?
