How do I clean my clear MagSafe case?

I use a bubbling dental product to clean my retainer & thought it might be a good choice for soaking & de-yellowing my clear silicone iPhone case. But, upon removal from my phone, I see the MagSafe components are papery on the back so obviously I cannot submerge it. Is there another way to remove to yellowiness, or do I have to buy a new (non clear) case?

Edit: not sure why my old iPhone shows here, but I’m currently using a 13 mini.
