Apple Cash App Wallet issue - cant transfer $ to bank

Im having difficulty transferring money from my Apple Wallet to my bank account because the button to confirm the transfer isnt accessible. The confirm button appears as a sliver on the right side of the window that pops in and out rapidly.

I have iPhone 15 with the latest OS. There’s no update available for the wallet.

I reduced the size of the font on my phone thinking that might be the issue, but that didn’t help.

I turned my phone off and on in case it needed refreshing.

Do you have any suggestions for resolving this issue?
