Translation:
I tried to connect both the keyboard and the mouse before connecting the monitor, but it doesn't work the same. If it is possible to bring the iPad to the previous version? Because in this way it is really uncomfortable, I have always used the iPad without keyboard and mouse because I draw it with the pen and I do not understand why I should necessarily connect a mouse and a keyboard to make this function work. It doesn't make the slightest sense. Why was this useless thing done? It's uncomfortable to die for...
Rolling-back to an earlier version of iOS/iPadOS is not possible.
All System Updates are digitally signed by Apple - and can only be installed whilst the digital signatures remain valid. After release of a new iOS/iPadOS version, the immediately preceding version continues to be digitally signed by Apple - however, usually within a few days, Apple will revoke the digital certificate with which the earlier version is signed. At present, iPadOS 17.4 is the only version that can be (re)installed on your iPad.
Perhaps consider that iOS/iPadOS updates include both functional and essential security updates. Restoring an earlier version of the OS would undermine the security of your device and your personal data.
Apple invites submission of comments, feedback and feature requests via its Product Feedback portal. If you would like to see the previous functionality restored in a future version of iPadOS, this would be the most appropriate channel through which to make you views known to Apple:
