Massive battery drain and heating issues after updating to WatchOS 10.4

Are there a lot of people experiencing significantly faster battery drain after updating to watchOS 10.4? Along with significant heating issues? My just months old Series 9 goes down about 20 percent PER HOUR. Normally I could get through a 10 hour day with at least 60% left, maybe 50%. Gets so much warmer than usual with standard use. Super annoying. Any fixes? Hopefully Apple fixes this with another software update....
