How do I Turn off speech in text in new iPhone 15

I have a new iPhone 15. When I type a text into a message it speaks the letters. How do I turn it off.

Go to Settings>Accessiblity>Spoken Content>Typing Feedback and turn off everything on that page.

this is method to turn on. You could reverse it to turn it off
