Accessing my icloud for my new phone as phone is broken

The screen has fully stopped working on my iPhone XS so I brought a new iPhone 13 and wanted to try and get my data from the cloud as I can’t get into my old phone to access it. On trying to do this it has downloaded data from my daughters iPhone as my husband set her up on my Apple ID but it has not downloaded any of my data. Is there anything we can do to retrieve my data or do I need to get my old phone fixed to get this back…I’m so confused! Thank you

iPhone XS

Each user needs their own Apple ID.

that said, you’ll need to restore using the backup of your device, not your daughter’s. You’ll factory reset your current phone and set it up using your device backup.

Erase iPhone - Apple Support to Settings > General > Transfer,Erase All Content and Settings.
