“No Network Detected” on Apple TV
SOLUTION NOT A QUESTION…
So I’ve seen a lot of people asking for help with the pop up “No Network Detected” on Apple TV.
I’ve also had this problem for 6 days, I got in touch with my service provider & spoke to numerous experts that, in the end just wanted me to upgrade my plan or install a booster.
Finally yesterday, after I thought I was going crazy, I got an expert that went above & beyond to find the problem. He found that my internet was working fine but the NBN was showing stabilization issues, he send a work order thru to NbnCo and asked them to investigate.
Today, NbnCo investigated and fixed the stabilization problem remotely, my service provider got back to me also and performed an update on the modem remotely. Finally, problem fixed, no more popups, no more drop outs.
If you’re still experiencing any popups or drop out with your Apple TV, please ask your network provider to check the NBN stability.
