Problem using Focus

I started using Focus last year because a group of friends who live in a different time zone would start group texts, and my phone would ping endlessly after I had gone to bed. Everything worked fine up until now. Then I got some message asking if I wanted to change something, so thinking that I should, I accepted. Now my Focus is on 24/7. No phone calls ring, no texts ping, nothing. I've gone through all my Focus options, even have turned off the schedule I had set, and it's still showing that it's on, and nothing will come through. On the original screen it's showing Focus On, with an arrow, and when I click that thinking that it means I can turn it off, there's no option there to do that. How do I get my sounds back? I really just want to start back from zero to set it up.
