Can't remove unwanted audio device using Audio MIDI Setup

I installed Avid Pro Tools and then uninstalled it. I still have several Pro Tools Audio devices that I'd like to remove which were not removed during the uninstall process. When I try to use Audio MIDI Setup, I see the Pro Tools Audio device but when I select it, the "-" minus option is greyed out and I cannot delete it. How can I delete the Pro Tools audio devices ?

Help! layer: "audio mixer" is gone Hi, I work with logic for along time and always had this "audio mixer" (see pic.1) . Audio Midi Set Up Missing "built-in output" I'm trying to set up Quicktime to record sound from the screen and I can't get the built-in output option in the audio midi set up. I found this strand about how to fix this, but the solution to "right-click and select 'use this device for sound output'" does not work. When I do that, the "use this device for sound output" is grayed out and I can't figure out how to make this work. Any suggestions?
