Ipad remote camera and xfinity streaming problems after last update.

After the 17.4 update on 10th gen ipad;

Xfinity steaming is stuck on the download tab.

Ring cameras will not go live.

Can't load simply safe cameras at work.

FB doesn't seem to load completely.

My 2nd gen Ipad pro that I haven't updated dosen't have any of these issues....

My iphone 14 doesn't have any of these issues .

My air 2 work ipad that I also updated to the 15.8.2 and it has the same problems.

I have hard restarted numerous times. I even tried a restore on the 10 gen ipad.

Nothing has helped.... Anyone else having these problems and found a solution?
