If they were permanently deleted, good luck getting them back. As has been answered multiple times in this thread, once permanently deleted, they PERMANENTLY deleted and there is no where to get them back from, unless you saved them to some service.

To summarize:

If you permanently deleted photos/videos and you never backed them up anywhere, you CANNOT recover them, because they don't exist anywhere.

If you can't find then in Recently Deleted and you don't have them saved somewhere else, they're gone.

Bummer. If it’s not in the recently deleted album and you don’t have a backup of it somewhere, it’s gone.

If all of the other answers say that you cannot recover the permanently deleted videos, I'm not sure why you feel that the answer to your post would be different.
