Screen Time is ignored by Whatsapp recently

before the situation was as follows: When Screen Time function was activated for Whatsapp messages, the Whatsapp message by the one who send it was remaining 1 tick (so not delivered). Only when I overrule my Screen Time Function and when I go back in Whatsapp again, the second tick (for delivery) is coming on the screen.

Now the situation is that even with Whatsapp Screen Time option active (so dark green colored whatsapp icon) the messages are immediately delivered.

Can one please help me out? I already contacted whatsapp support and Apple Support and also tested with colleagues with same iOS and same phone and same Whatsapp version (latest). And with them it is working properly.
