I need the support of an Apple technician to update the purchase date of the device and the warranty period. But only a call is offered as support. But I can't talk! How else can I contact Apple from my macbook? I've been trying for 3 hours and always only call!!!!

To correct a purchase date you must contact them by phone: Update your proof of purchase - Apple Support
Chat is a Support option for most subjects, but not that one. ASL will absolutely be an option, though I have no personal experience with it: https://www.signtime.apple/en-US/applecare/asl
