iPad Removed from MDM - Stuck on Invalid Profile

Removing an iPad from our MDM I unenrolled the device removed the enrollment token.

After factory restarting the iPad it is now stuck on "Invalid Profile"

You'll need to connect the iPad to a macOS device running Apple Configurator 2 and put the device into DFU mode to restore fully. Then the device can reach out again and try to grab the activation record. When it doesn't see one, it will not be shown this screen and proceed successfully.
