I have an iPhone 8. The screen was cracked. I had it fixed. Now my phone is locked. How can I unlock my phone without resetting and losing everything?
If you took the phone in for repair, the shop should have told you that the data on the phone would be erased in the screen replacement process.
Hopefully, you have a current backup of the phone on iCloud or a computer.
