200 GB iCloud…. Disappear into thin air 🍃

I skipped for several months of subscribing iCloud. Before, I settled for 200gb because it was enough. Now, today, There is no longer option for that quota. Instead I only have choices of 2TB, 6TB and 12 TB 😩. How can this be? Help!

iCloud 2Tb of Storage I;m paying for 2Tb of storage in the iCloud, but it will "automatically" only store a fraction of that amount of data. How can I use the remaining 1.7 Tb of space in my storage account? I want to store many things there, but I can't figure out how to upload them.
