Why is cellular missing from Settings?

Why is the word “Cellular” missing from my settings menu? Can’t call or text. Help

cellular not seen away from home on iPhone 15 after latest update, iPhone 15 cellular is shown as not on when trying to access the internet, example, navigation, after last iOS update. I'm a retired senior trying to keep up with this tech. wifi works fine, just cellular not working when away from home. thoughts?

Reach out to your cellular data provider all of that is their feature.
