AppleID

When I bought my phone brand new (or so I thought) I created an AppleID on a iPhone 12 Pro Max and purchased 200GB of storage on iCloud+. A year later I decided to create a new AppleID on the same phone after I signed out of the original ID because I’m experiencing security issues that might be associated with my AppleID and someone gaining access to my phone/account remotely. So, I signed out on my phone with AppleID #1, began to create AppleID #2 on the same phone via the apple.appleID.com option highlighted in blue below the sign in area asking if I had forgotten my username or if I needed to create an Apple ID but it required an email address and didn’t give me the option to create a new email address. I repeated the same process again but this time on iCloud.com where I was given the option to create a new email address but this was only after I reset my phone settings, not deleting any apps, photos, or documents just reset the settings, restarted my phone, and had to sign into my AppleID account. I finally create a new AppleID with an iCloud email address which I then put the iCloud storage amount to 5 GB but paying for the 200GB of storage for an if I’m not using now but still has the AppleCare+ Theft and Loss (last charge was on the 20th).

The issue I’m having is the 200GB iCloud+ storage I had on this phone but don’t now because I changed my AppleID due to suspicious activity on the original one. I don’t want to have just paid for storage I can’t continue to back the same device to and I don’t want to lose any of the data it has stored in it if I cancel the subscription. I just want to be able to merge the 200GB from my old AppleID that I’m paying for, which has data and photos from the same device I created a new AppleID on and is the only device I use, with my new AppleID given both AppleIDs are only being used for one device’s data and photos. HOW DO I TRANSFER MY SUBSCRIPTION FROM AppleID#1 ACCOUNT AND USE UNDER MY NEW AppleID#2 account given they are on the same and only device?! They are used on the exact same device, my iPhone 12pro max, both AppleIDs show the AppleCare+ Theft and Loss coverage I pay for as being active (it’s the same device, duh!)…I want to keep the data and photos stored under AppleID #1 up in iCloud but not have to pay for two different storage subscriptions when it’s for the same device. If I reach 200GB I’ll purchase more because the stored data is from one device but I don’t want to and shouldn’t have to, pay for two iCloud storage accounts for one device and can’t necessarily just backup the data currently on my phone with AppleID #2 and expect the exact same data I last backed up under AppleID #1 to show because some have been deleted from my phone because it’s stored in my paid iCloud account. If I cancel the subscription for AppleID#1, then I risk losing the data it has stored and I don’t want to do that. I just want data from Apple ID #1 to transfer to AppleID #2 given its data and photos from the same device. One AppleId account has been hacked (probably number #2 too but c’est la vie!) please help me as I can’t reach a human being over the phone who is legit and will help me!
