Pay calculation of hours x dollars gives wrong amount!?

SS says 50.067 hours times $450 = $22,530.00 <-- WRONG

The calculator says 50.067 x 450 = 22530.15

Is the issue that the cell with 50.067 (dur2hours 50h 4m) may have a hidden value of 50.066666-> ???

IF so, how can I force the cell value of 50.06666-> to match the rounded display value of 50.067?

Or is this not the issue I am having?

ROUND(your_dur2hours_formula,3) will round it to 3 decimals but then it won't be the same as 50h 4m. Which one of those two is the official number of hours to use in the calculation? The difference of 15 cents doesn't seem big but it would be to an accountant and perhaps might irritate the recipient if it happened to round down instead.
