iTunes purchase refund
So I was denied a refund of a movie I purchased on iTunes by mistake, I had explained the issue, and still nothing. I normally purchase movies on my Samsung tv, sometimes it lags as does the remote. I had scrolled down to click and check on a casts name to see what other movies they're in and I was already signed in to buy movies.
The movie in question was the last Samurai, and it was the French dubbed version, the other part of this problem is that I had already purchased the normal english version some while ago, which they should be able to see. I don't speak French and I don't need a second copy of the same movie. I feel like they're being disingenuous and pretty terrible. They can clearly check that I have two copies of the movie and that I haven't even watched the French version. I contacted them within 5 min of the purchase as well.
I normally make purchases through iTunes, this will probably make me switch to another company. I've already asked to review their decision and I'm not sure what steps are next.
