Hello so instagram in my phone has some issue it is just with my phone as i tried logging in in another phone it works but not in my phone only and hence im not able to use it i tried restart and reinstall the app too

If you have already deleted the Instagram app, removed any add-on security apps and any add-on VPN apps, updated iOS, restarted, and re-downloaded the Instagram app, and it still fails, then contact Instagram Support.

Instagram just send links and code which is not even coming on my phone it just say “sorry, there was problem with your request ” and thats it and even on Instagram page there is not to contact for support they just have pre defined problems and generic solution.

This is their site, their app, their service, their support, and this is all entirely their decision.
Find yourself a different outlet for your time and focus.
Nobody here can help you with Instagram issues, access, bans, or whatnot.
