Hello what’s wrong with my iPhone 12 Pro I tired signed my Instagram account into my Instagram app it won’t work at all I deleted the app and then I downloaded it still doesn’t work what happened

What happens when you try?
If there is a problem with your Instagram account, only they can resolve the issue and it would not matter what device you are using.
Can you log in by going to their website?
If you cannot log into the website, then that confirms it is a problem with your Instagram account.
You should ask that question to instagram support that app isn’t an Apple product
