Not unusual and no surprise that they are both from Meta. All you can do on your device is try the delete/reinstall. Any issues with the apps not working will have to be resolved by Meta.
Meta's apps have had lots of problems recently, particularly after users updating their iPhone. Unfortunately here is not the right place to report it as we are an Apple-related community, so we nor Apple can do anything about it. To report the issue to them, be sure to contact Meta support.
