I have a iPhone 5 pro and noticed that the app library category then now doesn’t contain a shopping category. Is there a way you can add extra sub categories in the library?

The App Library cannot be modified. I only use it as a reference anyway. Take your apps which are shopping related and make a folder on your home screen to deposit all the applicable apps into.
