Shaking video while scrolling

I updated ios to 17.4 on iphone 15 pro max

After that in Photos app I try to playback video and scroll it forward or backward and it start to shake instead of smooth scroll like before

Updating to 17.4.1 did not helped

Video tearing / artifacts when rotating screen during playback. iPhone 17 pro max, iOS 26.2 - I have my camera set to 4k @ 120fps. I can record videos with no issue, but when I play them back and rotate the screen and the video gets compressed from full screen to a smaller aspect ratio, the video starts to distort/tear and show bright green lines. If I rotate the screen so that the video is full screen again, the video clears up and is normal. If I let the distortion go on long enough, the phone will crash and reset itself. I will note that so far, that at lower resolution/fps recording, the issue does not happen. I’m wondering if this is a software bug in iOS, or a hardware issue decompressing video? My iPad m5 and an older iPhone 15PM do not have the issue. -t Edited for grammar

iOS 26 jerky scrolling on iPhone 12 mini Hello I updated to iOS 26 on my iPhone 12 mini today. I regret doing so as although it looks nice my phone now has jittery, jerky scrolling on everything- this has been a downgrade. I have read that it has happened on higher end more modern iPhones also but do not know if this is the case. I have restarted the phone. It is not an issue that can be solved by restarting, closing apps, uninstalling apps or anything like this - it is a problem that has been caused by the new IOS. My partners IPhone 12 is also affected. I am really just hoping that Apple will read this and push a patch sometime soon to fix it. I have tried turning off transparency and reducing motion. Nothing works. Many thanks.

5x zoom in Cinematic mode disappear on iPhone 16 Pro Max Hi everyone, does anybody know how to fix my cinematic mode on iphone 16 pro max? My 5x zoom and the 25fps option on cinematic mode is disappear, however, other mode like video and photo is working perfectly. Thank you in advance!!
