Viewer Window Has Popped Out

I opened FCP just now and my view window is in a separate window from the window with the timeline, inspector etc. I want to pop the viewer back in and have no idea how.

How do I get the second image popped back into the first?

Go to Window->Show in Secondary Display and uncheck Viewer

Go to this menu, select what to show on your external display. And/or do what Luis said.
