Can't add GoDaddy mail account to Apple Mail on new iPad
Been trying to add a new email account on the Apple Mail app for a GoDaddy-supplied domain on my new iPad (9th Gen, 17.2). I go though the whole process, only to get the error message, "No password provided for [domain name]". I went through several troubleshooting suggestions from GoDaddy with no help. IMAP servers and password have been verified as this process went smoothly on my iPhone. GoDaddy is insisting it's an Apple security setting, but won't get any more specific than that.
I know this issue came up on the community about a year ago, but the thread degraded quickly. Any respectful advice is appreciated.
