Giving 80yr old mom my old MBPro, want to do remote tech support, what Remote Desktop software to get?

Giving 80yr old mom my old MacBookPro 2017 OSX Ventura 13.6.4 for her to more easily do e-mails and browsing and zoom meetings via invitation links, with lower risk of viruses, and I want to do remote tech support for her, what Remote Desktop software to get that would allow me to operate her machine from a state away from my MBPro M1Max 2021 w/ OSX Sonoma 14.4, and do I need two licenses of the software, one for her machine and one for mine to make it work? What else do I need to know about setting up a Remote Desktop link between two machines?
