How do I stay signed into BritBox?

We subscribe to BritBox outside of the AppleTV App. IT WORKED FINE until we upgraded to the AppleTV 4k and now we have issues. 2 times out of 5 we are FORCED to sign in again. 2 times out of 5 we have to DELETE the dang app and then reinstall it; this happens 4 to 6 TIMES A WEEK! YES my AppleTV is on the latest load. YES my dang BritBox is the latest app.

We have BritBox through AppleTV. Everytime i switch to another app and cone back to BritBox I have to sign in again. This has gotten progressively worse. Multiple AppleTV devices in the same household. SUPER annoying….

Any help would be appreciated…
