App keeps asking me to subscribe. Subscription shows in Apple TV and the app itself keeps telling me I have a subscription, but whenever I try to watch a show it throws me back into the same subscription loop. Tried all the easy stuff. Still not working and help on the BritBox is nonexistent.

If you started the subscription on a different device (or have reset this device), then you may need to use the Restore Purchases option to activate your account properties for this app on this Apple device.
Thank you. This might be the problem. With three adults of a certain age, old, using Apple TVs in multiple rooms and with some of them not really aware of how changing accounts and using different Apple IDs might mess with “stuff”. Anyway, thank you.
