We have Apple TV at home. On our motorhome, we have a Visio Smart TV with the Apple TV app installed. However, the app on the TV does not see our Britt Box subscription. Why?
I have looked in the Community questions and did not see anything other than "resetting the Apple TV app" which I did and still can't see the subscription.

some versions of the appletv app on smart tvs only seem to support appletv+ in which case one would likely require to get an "britt box" app for the tv, it's one of the differences between the appletv box (where one can install apps) and the appletv app on smart tv's which is itself an app and not a platform to install other apps
